RYA Start Sailing (Level One)

The level keel boat training provides an introduction to sailing, by the end of the course participants will have a basic understanding of boat handling in light winds,
under the supervision of an instructor

- Rigging a keel boat
- Parts of the sail and sail control
- Knots
- Wind awareness
- Tacking and gybing
- Sailing up and downwind
- Rules of the road
- Meteorology
- Clothing and Equipment
- Man overboard recovery
- Emergency equipment

£220 per person / £375 with 1:1 tuition / £450 for 3 students|
